In the dialog box that pops up DO NOT hit continue. If you are already logged onto a profile (local or online), sign out (Create profile button will only become visible when you aren’t logged into anything). Follow the steps below if you need to create one: In GFWL 3.1, creating an offline profile is slightly different than in previous versions. Anyways if you don’t have a Games For Windows Live account, you can still save your progress using a local profile (which does not require internet or logging into GFWL).
